As we comply with COVID-19 guidelines, shipping timelines may vary. Currently our delivery carriers are experiencing intermittent delays.Note: For orders with multiple items, the processing time will be based on the item with the longer processing time.
Unless otherwise notified, all orders will leave our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days days. After the product leaves the factory, it usually takes 10 to 20 business days to receive the goods, depending on your alternative location. After the product is shipped, you will immediately receive a tracking number from the shipping company. This will let you know where the goods are and how long it will take.
Please note that delivery time does not include processing time. The total time required to receive an order is processing time + shipping time.
If there are any problems with your order, you can submit a trouble ticket to our support center for further assistance. Our dedicated customer service team will contact you within 24 hours.
Compared with small packages delivered by FedEx or UPS, it takes longer to transport large items. We cooperate with major freight forwarders.

Operation Time
We will try our best to ship your order out within 24 hours, however, if the item you order is out of stock, the operation time may extend up to 72 hours.
Order received in Weekend will be processed in Next Monday.
Tracking
A shipping notification will send to you by email or SMS as soon as your package shipped. You can find the tracking code in it.
You can track your package on https://www.17track.net/en with the tracking code we send.
Note: we found the notification email sometimes may be marked as spam by some email provider, so, if you do not receive any notification email after a week, please have a check with your trash box.
Taxes and duties
For the United States
Please note that all packages are shipped from Doglemi Shop. For American customers, there is no additional tax on our products, which means you only need to pay the final sale price when shopping in Doglemi Shop.
